ServSafe Manager Food Safety Certification Part 2

Join us for this 2 part class to get certified. If you are looking to open, operate or manage your own restaurant, you need to understand how to properly handle and receive food safely to run your business. ServSafe Manager food safety training is endorsed by the National Restaurant Association (NRA) and recognized in 30 states. California’s health department requires all food establishments to have a ServSafe certified manager on site during operating hours. This ServSafe certification will be valid for 5 years and is transferable to any food establishment you operate.
NOTE: If you are new to food service, you must complete part 1 and part 2. The test will be administered in part 2. If you only need certification you only need to attend part 2 from 1pm-2pm.
