Join us for this class to get certified. If you are looking to open, operate or manage your own restaurant, you need to understand how to properly handle and receive food safely to run your business. ServSafe Manager food safety training is endorsed by the National Restaurant Association (NRA) and recognized in 30 states. California’s health department requires all food establishments to have a ServSafe certified manager on site during operating hours. If you have multiple managers running your establishment it is recommended they also complete this training to ensure a certified manager is available when a health inspector arrives unannounced for a routine inspection. This ServSafe certification will be valid for 5 years and is transferable to any food establishment you operate.
