Public Counsel is the largest pro bono law firm in the nation, it works with major law firms and corporations. The Public Counsel generally does not charge for its legal services as it relies on support from its donors and volunteers to provide services.Among many other services, the Public Counsel also provides services to assist small businesses including: business formation, contracts, IP (trademarks, patents, copyrights), and transactional legal services.
