Martha Castro has been a business consultant for almost 20 years. She attended Tadeo University in Bogota, Columbia, where she received her bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. She went on to start her own travel business. After moving to the United States, she worked for Technology Training Corporation as the Director of Latin American Marketing, while also joining the board of the Regional Hispanic Chamber of Commerce in Long Beach, California.  

Martha is a business advisor for the Small Business Development Center, providing  bilingual consulting services to minority business owners and entrepreneurs. She also  conducts bilingual training services.
